Embrace Love's True Essence - Silent Retreat

In this 1-day silent retreat, participants will have the opportunity to attune to the small still voice within as they practice "noble silence"  In noble silence, participants will come into silence, and will not use cell phones or devices during the retreat period.    A silent retreat, allows you to deepen into your meditation practice and nourish it.  This is an opportunity to deepen your compassion and connection with yourself while being guided with practices that will nourish and support you.

Example of what the day may look like:

1. Welcome/Introduction period (during this time, participants will be able to speak/ask questions)

2.  A call will be given to introduce the period of silence.

3. Throughout the day much of the time will be engaged in periods of sitting and walking meditations, and guided exercises and Heather will provide talks that highlight the foundation of love.   There will be opportunities to practice mindful eating as well.

4.  Silence will end and an opportunity for small and large group discussion will commence

5.  Program closes

Lunch is included with the price of your ticket.
