Universe + Bliss

Starting Jan 12, join us in this 12-week enterprise into the bliss of letting go as each week we explore the golden rules of letting go from  Matt Kahn's “The Universe Always Has A Plan” and delve into spiritual practices.

Note: This will be held on Zoom

On Thursdays starting Januaray 12th,  we will begin exploring the 10 Golden Rules Of Letting Go with fellow like-minded friends. Each Thursday from 6:30-8:00 PM EST  join via a secure Zoom meeting.  Sessions run from January 12th through March 16th .  

Participants are required to purchase their own book.  Additonal spiritual practices will be shared by Heather (and the Universe)

Where will sessions be held?

On zoom.  The same link will be used each week and will be sent once you've registered.

Will Heather provide books?

Each participant is required to purchase their own book.

What if I can't make it one week:

That's okay.  Join as often as you can, and if you can't make it then stay on track by reading the chapter for that week.

What can I expect to happen?

Participants will need to read each short chapter weekly and work through the exercises in the book.  During the session, the group will participate in discussion about what they experienced in small and large group discussions, as well as Heather will share additional spiritual practice each week.
